Performance Characteristics

Moderate Traveling Speed: The maximum traveling speed is generally around 15 - 20 km/h. It can not only ensure quick movement within the operation site and improve work efficiency but also be operated within a safe and controllable range.

Structural Design

Power and Endurance
High-performance Batteries: Usually, large-capacity lead-acid batteries or lithium batteries are used as the power source. Lead-acid batteries have mature technology and low cost and can provide stable power output; lithium batteries have the advantages of high energy density, short charging time, and long service life and can be selected according to actual needs. For example, some 8-ton electric forklifts driven by lithium batteries can meet the continuous operation demand of 8 - 10 hours with a single charge.
Efficient Charging System: It is equipped with an efficient charging device that matches the battery and supports two charging modes: fast charging and normal charging. The fast charging mode can replenish a large amount of power for the battery in a short time, reducing the downtime of the forklift; the normal charging mode can slowly charge the battery at night or during non-operation time to extend the service life of the battery.
