Main Components

Motor: It includes the drive motor and the hydraulic motor. Electronic Control System: It is the core control part of the forklift, composed of components such as controllers, contactors, and relays. It is responsible for precisely controlling the rotation speed and direction of the motor as well as the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system. At the same time, it has functions such as fault diagnosis and protection to ensure the safe and stable operation of the forklift.
Hydraulic System: It is composed of components such as oil pumps, cylinders, oil pipes, and hydraulic valves. Through the pressure transmission of hydraulic oil, it converts the mechanical energy of the motor into hydraulic energy to achieve the lifting and tilting actions of the goods. This system is required to have good sealing performance and stability to ensure the working accuracy and safety of the forklift.
Mast: Generally, it is composed of an outer mast, an inner mast, a fork carriage, chains, sprockets, etc. Parameters such as the lifting height and inclination angle of the mast determine the working range and efficiency of the forklift. Usually, a variety of safety protection devices, such as limiters and tilt sensors, are designed to prevent the mast from being lifted or tilted excessively.
