Simple operation: Adopting an electric drive system, the operation and control are more precise. It is usually equipped with easy-to-use control devices such as joysticks and handles, which can easily control the forklift's actions such as moving forward, backward, turning, lifting, and lowering.
Low noise: Electric forklifts produce less noise during operation, which can create a relatively quiet working environment for operators. At the same time, it is also suitable for places with high noise restrictions, such as warehouses and shopping malls.
Low maintenance cost: The structure of electric forklifts is relatively simple. Without complex mechanical components such as engines and transmissions, the probability of mechanical failures is reduced. And there is no need to replace engine oil, filters, etc. Daily maintenance mainly focuses on aspects such as batteries, motors, and electronic control systems, resulting in a relatively low maintenance cost.
Main Types
Electric counterbalance forklift: It has a counterweight block to maintain the balance and stability of the forklift when handling goods. It is suitable for various loading, unloading, handling, and stacking operations of goods. It can travel in relatively wide aisles and has a strong load-bearing capacity. A 1.5-ton electric counterbalance forklift can meet the handling needs of most regular goods.

Performance Parameters
Rated load: Generally 1500kg, which refers to the maximum weight of goods that the forklift can safely lift and handle under the standard load center distance.
Load center distance: Usually 500mm, that is, the distance from the center of gravity of the goods to the vertical surface of the forklift forks. There may be differences for different forklift models.
Lifting height: Common lifting heights are 3 meters, 4.5 meters, etc. Some special models may have a higher lifting height, and it can be selected according to actual usage requirements.
Traveling speed: The traveling speed under full load is generally about 5-12km/h, and the traveling speed under no load is about 6-13km/h. The specific speed varies depending on the forklift model and configuration.
Lifting speed: The lifting speed under full load is usually between 0.12-0.2m/s, and the lifting speed under no load is slightly faster, generally about 0.15-0.25m/s.
